Which ones are manipulated, responding, and held constant (control)

1. To test a paint for reaction to temp. technicians set up an experiment in which the paint was subjected to extremes ranging from 120 degrees F to -50 degrees F. The same paint was used throughout the experiment, as was the material used as a base. The paint was checked for peeling and cracking as the temperature was changed by 10 degrees increments.

2. An automobile was tested in the lab for gas mileage. The lab test eliminated differences in wind resistance and road surface. speeds ranged from 30 MPH to 80 MPH.

3. A bleach is tested to see what effect it has on different dye colors. The same kind of fabric is used in the experiment and is subjected to the bleach for the same time duration.

I was on ms paint and clicked to save and a message popped up saying something like loss of color information. I accidentally clicked okay and now my art is all blurry and ruined. Is there a way that I can recover my work?
control + z didn’t work

I’m 17 and I just want a little bit more of a nicer, more mature looking bedroom. Which one do you guys like the best? I’m horrible at decisions and just don’t know which one I like best. Tired of having a rainbow striped comforter with pink sheets….My paint is a neutral cream color but am planning on painting soon and will pick color according to the bed set I choose.

Links look kinda long, sorry.

Here’s my task.

Fill a jam jar with water until half full.
Add a few drops of food colouring.
Squish the object into the jam jar until it is distorted beyond recognition. This should now fill the jam jar with water.
Sine a light through the jam jar (if you can - it will make the shadows they cast more dramatic)
Draw or paint the jam jar.

My only problem is thinking of something ’squishy’ to use that will be able to be distorted in the jar.

I have a gorgeous jungle/olive green, plain dyed, Ikea duvet cover set called TANJA BRODYR (on their UK site now in other colours) that after 6 years is now worn and I want to move to king size sheets. I painted my bedroom to match this colour with accent of light grey and magenta accessories, which looks funky and great but can’t for the life of me find another plain dyed leaf/jungle/olive green duvet set that feels nice with the same lustre in cotton. I have opted to buy the light beige/grey BLÅSIPPA set at £55 and am now wondering whether to go ahead and dye it with olive Dylon (as I have my old clothing before) as I don’t want to lose the soft lustre that I paid for with these sheets. Has anyone any experience with Dylon and specifically whether it makes sheets rougher or lose their sheen due to swelling of the threads?

I’m starting my interior Designing degree and they have asked for a set of materials.” A selection of Acrylic paint colors:
They are usually available by:
Ready-mix tempura colors
Gauche colors
Acrylic colors for canvas ”

I have to buy a variety of colors from any of these paints. Which one should I go for? Which one is the best? And if you could pls explain the differences in them. Thank you. :)

we recently bought a home that has white cabinets in the kitchen and a blue/grey slate tile floor. we’d like to save money and keep both, but i’m looking for a paint color to “warm up” the space. I really don’t want to go with a typical grey or blue shade. I’m at a loss as to what color to paint that will be more comforting but still go with the blue/grey tile. please help!

It’s deep brown and of course wooden. Is it even a good idea to color it? I want to paint it with greenish-blue mixed with a lot of white.what kind of color do you suggest? I want it to be a little glossy too btw.
